Shipping policy

Shipping:
From the time of order is placed, it takes 7-10 days to ship the order from our end and delivery takes another 3-4 days depending on the location. At tyas, we strive to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.
We understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel, return or exchange your order. The policies are as follows:

Exchange and Returns: 
If you want to exchange the product or facing any problem with the products please write to us on tyas.basicbutnotsobasic@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange and can returned/ replaced.

If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request for a size exchange by writing to us on tyas.basicbutnotsobasic@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving the product.

Please note, we do not offer return of the product. We can always exchange it for different size or any of our available products. 

Cancelling the Order: 
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order by writing to us at
tyas.basicbutnotsobasic@gmail.com
Please note, If the order has already been processed and you wish to cancel it, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Customized or personalized orders may not be eligible for a refund, as they are made specifically for you.
